VEX Robot

This is the working robot(minus the knives) that we have built and are continuously improving the functionality of.

VEXPro Arm9 Microcontroller

The heart of the robot. It drives and controls the motors and sensors through C++ programs.

Nexus 7 Tablet

The messenger. It is used to control the robot through user input. Currently has an application with directional buttons to cause the robot to move in a 2D direction as well as stop.

Nexus 4 Phone

The brain of the robot. It is the ambassador to the Nexus 7 tablet and the VEXPro. It receives the messages from both, processes them, then relays the translated message.

VEXnet USB Adapter Key

The neural network of the robot. It allows for communication on a WIFI network between the Nexus 4 and the VEXPro.
